Damiano obtained his PhD in 2019. His doctoral research focused on motivational processes underlying reward-seeking behavior and decision-making. He has investigated both healthy individuals and clinical populations, including patients with Parkinson’s disease, impulse control disorders, and psychosis. Damiano is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Timone Institute of Neuroscience.
